30-day return policy
For U.S.A. orders, we offer a free 30-day return policy, which means you may
request a return within 30 days of receiving your item for any reason.
Return shipping labels are provided at no cost to you.
Refunds apply to the item purchase price and
applicable sales tax; original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Note: For international orders, returns are not accepted.
In order to return your Jamcorder, the following conditions must be met:

Request a return by emailing
chipweinberger@jamcorder.com
within 30 days of shipment.

Return the Jamcorder in the original packaging with all accessories in
good condition. Once received and inspected, the refund will be
processed to your original form of payment.
Note: Shipping labels must be applied to the outer black
bag only. Do not place the label on the product box.
Additional Terms and Conditions

If your return fails to meet any of the above conditions, we may refuse
the return or charge a restocking fee. Proof of purchase may be required.
Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of receipt. Depending on
your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10
business days for the credit to appear.
