manually delete recordings
before you delete anything first ask yourself, do you really need to?
jamcorder is designed to keep your entire life’s history, warts and all.
it’s highly recommended to simply make peace with this idea — it's
the easiest and intended way to use jamcorder.
however, if you really want to delete something,
it's possible with a bit of work.
full reset
delete all recordings and start fresh

delete all files from the sd card |

delete and reinstall the app |
timeline reset
delete all recordings in the timeline while keeping your clips

delete the "/JAMC" folder from the sd card |
| 2. |
export your app library (Settings → Import & Export → Export) |
| 3. |
unzip and delete the "/JAMC" folder, then rezip |
| 4. |
delete and reinstall the app. this clears everything |
| 5. |
reimport the updated library (Settings → Import & Export → Import) |
delete a specific day
delete a specific day in the timeline while keeping your clips

delete the unwanted recording from the sd card |
| 2. |
export your app library (Settings → Import & Export → Export) |
| 3. |
unzip and delete unwanted recordings from the export, then rezip |

delete and reinstall the app. this clears everything |

delete small sections of music
delete a small section of music in the timeline while keeping your clips.
